WILD FIRE
INTRODUCTION
Conventional PUC Monitoring systems
In Australia in 2020, CO2 emissions have surged by 250 million tonnes as a result of bushfires in New South Wales and Queensland.
The 2018 wildfire season was the deadliest and most destructive wildfire season ever recorded in California, with a total of 8,527 fires burning an area of 1,893,913 acres, the largest area of burned. Total fatalities: 97 civilians and 6 firefighters killed.
Vegetation vital for absorbing CO2 is being destroyed by the blazes.
Experts say climate change is increasing the frequency and severity of the fires.
Agriculture Residual burning creates smoke and other atmospheric pollutants combined with fog generates unhealthy & irritating SMOG. India's Capital New Delhi suffers smog for 2to3 months.
PHOTONIC MONITORING
  • Based on surveillance zone, assigned area can be covered with a Virtual Dome.
  • AUM WF unit can monitor Carbon Monoxide and other volatile chemicals that can trigger wild fire.
  • A single system of AUM WF can cover 78 sq. km. Hence with few units vulnerable area can be monitored on real time basis.
IMAGE PROCESSING
  • DRONEACHARYA using its image processing capabilities can detect, predict, prevent, preserve and map burning of agriculture residuals, wildfires from forest, or also events like grass burning during winter etc. This will assist authorities and local councils to take immediate corrective action
  • Images from Drone, Small Aircraft or Satellite can be processed in situ.
  • Information can be Extracted from Image with 80% of Cloud Cover.
  • Out-puts are generated live within 2 mili-seconds.
  • Above unique features can support assistance for critical decision making.
ATTRIBUTE
  • A minutest bush fire cannot go un-noticed.
  • Drones are equipped with HD camera for intelligent image processing and phonic based gas monitoring system that can instantly detect any small burning or fire before it largely ignites and spreads.
  • Aggressively Monitor : -
    • Grown / Cultivated crop on threshold of harvesting, (July / August)
    • Harvesting, (September / October)
    • Estimate total area of coverage.
  • Create Database of total area of coverage as well as create the wind pattern.
  • Simulate Smog based on different wind speed / direction / density.
FEATURES
Features Benefits
Continuous monitoring (AUM WF)

AUM is the only continuous monitoring system which can be easily set up. AUM WF monitors multiple gases in real time. There is not limit of gases that can be monitored at same time. Gases monitoring can be customized as per need.

Measures and Monitors :-

  • CO2 & CO
  • LNG or liquid ammonia, ethylene, sulfur, compressed gas, or other hazardous substances
Meteorological Measurement

Measures meteorological factors like temperature, humidity, wind parameters (speed, direction, pressure, velocity), precipitation that show how pollutants are transferred from source to recipient.

Sensing Area Coverage

Area covered by AUM is 10mm to 5 Km in radius. The unit can be rotated3600. Data of air can be collected vertically as well as horizontally at distance of every 100mm to 5km as required. The laser beam travels to the targeted area / source of pollutants. With few nos. of installation plant can be monitored for pollutants and weather conditions.

APPLICATIONS
  • Forests
  • Farms
  • Livestock.
